Vimatic ejectors obtained through injection moulding press (ND 25 series), have been designed particularly for standardized industrial applications, uses in the agricultural field, water purification, industrial laundries,
vacuum generation, dosages in general, fluids pouring, etc.. We specifically produce some most commonly used default samples. The productive process allows to obtain different samples (still ND 25, with distinctive performance according to the costumer's
request). These ejectors are especially adaptable thanks to the implementation of various types of connection.
BASIC CHARACTERISTICS
- Materials: 30% glass charged PP body and nozzle; PVC pipe unions; EPDM gaskets.
- Inlet/Outlet connections: 30% glass charged PP body and nozzle; PVC pipe unions; EPDM gaskets.
- Intake connection: socket union ND 20 PVC with bonding (on union ends) or with 1.1/4"x25 hose adaptor.
- Maximum size in mm: 225 x 70 x 48 (socket unions and hose adaptors excluded).

HOW TO CHOOSE AN EJECTOR
PIn order to approximately choose the optimal ejector type some information is needed (e.g. flow rate, pressure, required intake). The chart below shows schematics examples of performances using water as motor and sucked fluid. The values indicated in the chart are just examples, it is in fact possible to require a perfectly adapted to the needs model.
