Manifold valves

Vimatic new plastic “manifold” valves are an evolution of the previous multiway models. They represent a fully modular system for assembling valve groups to manage different products. The system is extremely versatile, allowing users to assemble the desired number of valves and easily carry out modifications and maintenance. The valves are connected to each other with special nipples. With the different connections, configurations can be adapted by modifying inlets, outlets, and flow directions. With this system, valve batteries can be assembled even in multiple rows without the need for gluing or welding. Each valve is supplied with three pre-opened passages, while a fourth passage can be opened by the end user according to specific requirements. These features, combined with the air connection located on the upper part of the actuator, make the manifold valves particularly suitable for compact multi-valve assemblies. Depending on the fluids to be intercepted, the internal diaphragms are available in EPDM, EPDM+PTFE, FPM, and MVQ. The bases with their connections are made of Polypropylene (PP) or Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC). Nipples and connections are equipped with double O-ring seals and are fastened with stainless steel screws. Temperature range: until 30° C (PVC) - until 50° C (PP).
Scale: N.C. (Normally closed) ON-OFF.
Working pressure: until 8 bar.
Control air pressure: 4 - 6 standard bar. Adjustable pressure on demand.
Connections: hose holder ∅13 - hose holder ∅16 - 3/8" GAS F. - nipple - closing terminal.
Diaphragms: EPDM, PTFE with EPDM, FPM, MVQ.
Air connector of pneumatic actuator: 1/8" G F.
Open/closed indicator: visible.
Valve fixing: M5 screws (behind) or M4 screws (front).
Occupied area: suitable for line assembly (center to center 60 mm).
